The Mooneyline Mini Viscometer Lite is a sleek and compact version of our full sized Mooneyline Viscometer, supplied with everything you need to perform reliable and efficient elastomeric compound testing.
This instrument features a compact design that reduces instrument footprint. Fundamental to all Mooneyline Viscometers is the rotor and die assembly. A sample of test material is placed above and below the rotor and the platens then close under pressure. The temperature of the dies and the sample contained within are accurately maintained throughout the test by means of microprocessor based PID control system.
The rotor rotates at a constant speed to two revolutions per minute and the torque is effectively measured and recorded. In addition, the Mini Mooney meets the requirements of ASTM D1646 and can perform the following industry standard tests.
This instrument supports ODBC Database Connections Microsoft Access®, Microsoft SQL Server®, IBM DB2®, and is operated through an intuitive and easy to use Windows based software system.
