Prescott Instruments’ Labline System is a take on the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), supporting key lab operations in its fully integrated in-house software suite, which offers a network system connecting any type of rubber testing instruments to a universal ODBC centralised database. The extensive database connection option supports many established databases; SQL and DB2.
Labline is compatible with all Prescott Instruments and a wide range of Mooneys or Rheometers available on the market connecting via USB or RS232 serial ports. For older generation instruments we can supply a suitable interface unit which will condition the signal and convert it to a serial format.

The Labline software is tremendously user-friendly and easy to operate. The software suite is made up of four modules; Acquire, Calibration, Configure and Database.
Configure – Is a user management tool, which allows you to configure your instruments and database to any pre-sets you desire
Calibration – Allows you to calibrate your instrument, with option to print out a calibration certificate.
Database – Use to store all Labline related test specifications for each compound and enables this to be categorised.
Acquire – Is the main Labline application, allowing compound and test specifications to be run and results printed to a report.
