Description
Many testing laboratories have several years of data which have been produced on Oscillating Disc Rheometers and understandably they may be reluctant to convert tried and proven specifications to an Moving Die Rheometer scenario.
Polymer Testing Instruments can cater for these instances with the Rheoline Oscillating Disc Rheometer, encompassing the traditional curemeter principles and applying the latest in measurement technology to provide a seamless transition when upgrading laboratory equipment.
The Rheoline Oscillating Disc Rheometer is supplied with our full data acquisition Labline software allowing real time display of:
- Standard torque curve
- Viscous curve
- Tan. Delta
- Cure rate
- Programmable data points & limits
- Automatic pass/fail limits
The test results are performed and displayed as plotted curves on a graph. The information can be printed out as and when required or stored on the computer’s hard disc for future reference. In addition Rheoline can be interfaced with Quality Analyst, an internationally recognized SPC package to generate control charts and carry out full statistical analysis of test data, or indeed any external quality control package.
